These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 10ok platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By using the 10ok website, mobile version, or any related services, you confirm that you fully accept these Terms.

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at 10ok, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number, and an active mobile number.

3.2 Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. 10ok will never ask for your password.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted from your account, whether authorised or unauthorised.
• If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Transferring or sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change — such as your mobile number or contact address — update the information on your account as soon as possible. 10ok will not be responsible for transaction delays or account verification issues caused by outdated information.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

10ok currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Bank transfers can also be made through major commercial banks.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
• Deposited funds must be sent from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit, unless 10ok approves otherwise.
• A withdrawal request may be placed on hold if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.
• For fraud prevention purposes, 10ok may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more will give the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 worth of bets before withdrawing.

• A bonus can only be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings become withdrawable only once the wagering requirements have been met.
• 10ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent claims, the account will be terminated and the bonus forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

10ok's VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.8%; and Platinum — up to 1.0%. Moving up to a higher tier is possible through regular active play.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless required due to a technical error.
• 10ok is not responsible if the outcome of a bet is affected by a technical issue or internet connection disruption.
• In case of a dispute regarding the result of any game or event, the decision of 10ok's authority is final.
• 10ok reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrectly displayed odds or figures.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, 10ok follows standard market rules. Various types of bets are available across a range of sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi.

If an event is not completed or is suspended indefinitely, the settlement of the related bet will be handled in accordance with standard rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 10ok and may result in immediate account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack any system on the platform or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or any non-human method.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Impersonating 10ok or its staff, or providing a false identity.
• Coordinated betting against the platform or strategic exploitation (arbitrage).
